I have always been delighted by colorful hanging objects that fill the space above us.

The initial inspiration for my mobiles was the result of a trip to the Oregon coast. The abundance of storm-driven driftwood piled high on the shore provided the beginning of an idea. Whites, oranges, browns and yellows contrasted brightly against smooth black and gray stones which made up the beach substrate. From then until now, I have enjoyed playing with different color combinations often resulting in fanciful and surprising outcomes.
