I just like making stuff. It's that simple. I've gone through different crafty phases in my life starting with cross stitch, then knitting which led to spinning, and then mixed media and working in and making art journals. I have a novel I've slowly been working on since I wrote the first draft for NaNoWriMo in 2013. My artwork, which I've been doing since 2014, consists of pairing words and images and colorful backgrounds, inspired by my own mental health journey, trying out new and interesting techniques, and funny things that make me laugh. I don't have any formal training but have taken many online and in-person workshops and read books and watched videos and figured some stuff out on my own.
